It is our desire to partner with you to have both a successful wedding and a successful marriage. To have your wedding officiated by one of the ordained ministers of Mt. Zion Baptist Church, you and your fiancée, must be members in good standing in a Christian ministry. This is constituted by your faithful attendance in worship services, your participation in the learning ministries of the church, and your faithful financial support of the ministry.
If you and your fiancée are not members of Mt. Zion Baptist Church, you will be asked to provide documentation of your membership in a Christian church from the Pastor of that ministry. If your wedding is being officiated by another Pastor, you will need to provide evidence of ordination prior to the wedding ceremony. You will be required to agree to the wedding policy and procedures of Mount Zion Baptist Church.
To find and secure an available date for your wedding and wedding rehearsal, call the Church during normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. services and events.

You may secure your wedding date up to nine months in advance.

The desired date must be officially approved by the Church Staff.

Maximum Sanctuary capacity is 600 persons.

Maximum Family Life Center capacity is 300 persons.

You can reserve the Sanctuary for your wedding rehearsal and ceremony for no more than 2 hours and the Family Life Center for your wedding reception for no more than 4 hours.

The wedding ceremony can be scheduled for no later than 3 p.m. and the wedding rehearsal can be scheduled for no later than 7:00 p.m.
