CONGREGATIONAL TRAVEL

Please note that the time to sign up for the upcoming trip to Memphis, TN is quickly approaching the confirmation deadline for payment to secure your travel.

Friday, April 16 - Sunday, April 18, 2010 we will fellowship with the brothers and sisters in Christ from the Cornerstone Institutional Baptist Church in Memphis, TN.

Even if you are planning on driving or car-pooling, we would like to have a full count for those who will be in attendance as there will be a dinner planned by the Cornerstone Church Family immediately following service on Sunday.

Cost of trip includes travel arrangements made by Charter Coach and Hotel accommodations for 2 nights.

Charter Coach: $88.00 per person (Including Children)
Hotel: $106.67 per room per night = $213.34 for 2 Nights

Total Trip Cost:

$301.34 - Coach/Hotel (1 per room)

$194.67 - Coach/Hotel (2 per room)

$159.11 - Coach/Hotel (3 per room)

$141.34 - Coach/Hotel (4 per room)

To make hotel reservations:

Option 1: Online

-Select the correct arrival dates and departure dates
-Enter Group Code: G-MZBC
-Select the SUBMIT button
-Book the identified Group Rate and follow the prompts for your personal information
*This option will be available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Option 2: Toll Free Reservations
-Contact 1-888-Hyatt HP to speak with a Reservation agent 24 hours a day
-Identify your group: MT ZION BAPTIST CHUCH
-Give the agent all the needed information
*This option will be available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Option 3: Hotel Sales Department
-Contact our hotel (901) 371-0010 x5104
-Follow the prompts as described on the answering service
-Identify to the guest service agent the nature of your call.
*This option would be for the individuals who are booking special request and are able to call between the hours of 8am CST and 5pm CST.

Meals and excursions are not included and are at your own expense.

Payment Requests:
1/3 of payment due at sign up
1/3 of payment due March 16th
Full payment due March 30, 2010.

There will be no refunds for the cost of the bus, but the funds can be transferred to another party. You will be responsible for securing your hotel roommate.

Deaconess Virginia Robertson will be our travel coordinator.

She will be in the church office after both services so that you may sign up for head-count purposes, pay deposits for hotel or charter reservations, and ask questions related to the trip.
